Class Determined by the age on September 1st. 10% discount for 2nd child if both are five day students at CH&BS. Prepay discounts available. Annual Tuition is for the 36th week school year. Holiday care days and summer fun are additional charges. Charges until 3:00 and 6:00 include lunch.

 

Payment Options:

Charges through 11:30 do not include lunch. They do include a morning snack. Charges through 3:00 or 6:00 include lunch.

There is a 10% discount for the 2nd child, provided both siblings are five-day students at CH&BS. Your minimum charges will be the same each week. You must pay whether your child attends or not. Adjustments will be made only for school holidays or emergencies. There will be no make up days. One week vacation is allowed at no charge each school year for child enrolled the whole school year. This credit will be given on your account the last week of school in May. There is no charge for days we are closed, or for those Holiday Care Days you do not schedule. The amount of credit is determined by the number of days your child is scheduled to attend during the week.

Any additional days or hours must be approved in advance by the director. If child is not picked up by the scheduled time, the charge is $1 per five minutes. After six, the charge is $1 per minute.

Tuition is due at the beginning of each week. The late payment fee each week is $5. Payments for four weeks made be made in advance. Always write your child's name on your check and if your check is for anything other than weekly tuition (i.e. late pick up fee, change fee) please make a notation.

All schedule changes after enrollment must be requested in writing. Forms are available at front desk. There is a $10.00 fee for each change. The additional day or hour charge will apply unless the change is for at least four weeks. Additional day charge is $3.00 plus the day charge. Additional hours are $3.00 per hour.
