The Purpose

“When I look back at where I was, it’s hard to imagine I would be where I am today,” Melanie said on graduation night while surrounded by friends.

Many call us a home away from home, yet for our children we are much more.

We are the family they never knew before; the laughter, hugs, encouragement and support they never received before; the discipline, structure and nurture they never experienced before; and, the second chance to can grow up as children should grow up.

They arrive as young as infants and as old as 18. Most stay until high school graduation. They receive a quality education; improved self-image; and, a clear life focus. Daily Bible studies and devotionals shape their faith.
